Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Martini

By Nicole Cox – Lemoore, CA

I visit my bff when I come down for shoots and visit friends and family in the central valley. I’m always stoked to see what’s in store for me when I see her! She always feeds me! I feed her too. lol. When she told me she was going to make a Pineapple-Upside Down cake Martini, I couldn’t wait! She got a recipe from another source I can’t remember, but She made it her own because we lacked of grenadine so we had to compromise. When I tried it I had died and gone to heaven. It tasted exactly like the actual cake. It was dangerous! I could drink a pitcher of these babies! So here’s her recipe!

2 shots of Pinnacle Cake Vodka

2 shots of unsweetened pineapple juice (fresh and easy)

Marchiano cherries and syrup

Get some Martini glasses and add 1 tbs of the cherry syrup and then add a cherry. Fill a Martini Shaker with ice a little over then half. Add Vodka and Pinapple Juice. Shake it really good!

Okay so this is how you get the pretty multi-color look by layering the drink. Take a regular metal spoon, using the back of the spoon, slowly pour the martini mix onto the back of the spoon carefully.

Then enjoy!
